About HVN Labs

HVN Labs is a UK-based drone technology company, headquartered in Bristol, developing next- generation AI-powered drone swarm systems for live entertainment and commercial applications.

We have built our own proprietary artificial intelligence systems that allow us to design, choreograph and deliver drone light shows entirely in-house from creative concept through to live execution.

 

In early 2026, HVN Labs received full CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) approval, a landmark milestone as we move from R&D into active commercial operations. We operate a fleet of 50 drones and are now preparing to launch client demonstrations and establish our first commercial partnerships.

Our primary focus is on luxury private events and weddings, major music festivals, and large-scale stadium and outdoor productions.

What distinguishes HVN Labs is our proprietary AI automation, long-range drone capability, and real-time interactive lighting control technology that enables longer, brighter, and more visually immersive shows than anything currently available on the market, while significantly reducing the cost of production.

 

With the global drone entertainment market projected to reach $12b by 2033, and with

key commercial partnerships in development including several luxury events venues and renowned immersive arts HVN Labs is positioned to become a defining name in the global drone entertainment industry.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual from one of our key target markets who is ready to relocate to the UK and join HVN Labs as a business partner at a pivotal moment in our growth.

 

You will work directly alongside the CEO, taking co-ownership of HVN Labs' international expansion strategy with a primary focus on your home market. In parallel, you will be an active and visible member of the Bristol leadership team, contributing to commercial strategy, client development, and the overall direction of the business. This is a rare opportunity to join a technology company at the exact moment it transitions from innovation to commercial scale —and to play a central role in that journey

Responsibilites

• You will be involved in leveraging your network to grow our partner list and execute deal flow.

• You will use your own network to help raise capital. You will be able to leverage your personal contact list to raise relevant sums for the business.

• Take active ownership of HVN Labs' international growth strategy, with a primary commercial focus on your home territory

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the luxury events, music festival, and stadium entertainment sectors in your region• Leverage your local network and business expertise to accelerate HVN Labs' entry into your home market, working towards establishing a local office and operational presence

• Contribute actively to strategic business planning, commercial decision-making, and growth initiatives at the executive level

• Support HVN Labs' broader fundraising and investor relations activities, drawing on your own network and commercial credibility

• Represent HVN Labs at major international events, investor forums, and industry conferences.

• Your target will be to raise £250k in investment for the business within in the first 90

days.

Requirements

  •  To raise £250k within the first 3 months of joining the company.

  • Experience founding or scaling a business

  • Proven ability to identify and close high-value commercial deals, manage strategic partnerships, and operate effectively at board or executive level

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with commercial negotiations, budget management, and business planning

  • Demonstrable network of relevant contacts in the luxury events, entertainment, or technology sector in your home market — contacts you can activate quickly and credibly

  • Ready to relocate to the UK

Terms and Benefits

  • Salary will be varied and dependant on your ability to make sales and create partnerships.

  • There will be a trial period in which you can demonstrate your ability to leverage your network for both commercial sales as well as raising capital.

  • Relocation to Bristol is required, with timing to be agreed flexibly based on mutual business readiness

  • Scale-Up Visa sponsorship support provided
