About HVN Labs
HVN Labs is a UK-based drone technology company, headquartered in Bristol, developing next-generation AI-powered drone swarm systems for live entertainment and commercial applications.

We have built our own proprietary artificial intelligence systems that allow us to design, choreograph and deliver drone light shows entirely in-house from creative concept through to live execution.
In early 2026, HVN Labs received full CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) approval, a landmark milestone as we move from R&D into active commercial operations.

Our primary focus is on luxury private events and weddings, major music festivals, and large-scale stadium and outdoor productions.

What distinguishes HVN Labs is our proprietary AI automation, long-range drone capability, and real-time interactive lighting control technology that enables longer, brighter, and more visually immersive shows than anything currently available on the market, while significantly reducing the cost of production.
With the global drone entertainment market projected to reach $12b by 2033, and with key commercial partnerships in development including several luxury events venues and renowned immersive arts HVN Labs is positioned to become a defining name in the global drone entertainment industry.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly networked Country Manager to expand HVN Labs presence in your local market. This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity to represent a truly innovative technology company at the start of its international growth. You will independently secure and grow client relationships, forge strategic partnerships, and lay the groundwork for HVN Labs to establish a lasting presence in your country.
Responsibilites

Use connections to establish relationships with new franchise partners who can successfully deploy drone shows and leverage existing contacts to enable new contracts and sales.

Build and manage a robust commercial pipeline, converting leads into signed contracts and long-term client relationships

Develop strategic partnerships with event organisers, venue operators, promoters, production companies, and relevant industry bodies in your market

Manage local HVN Labs drone show, acting as the company's representative on the ground and ensuring flawless client experiences

Identify and cultivate investor relations opportunities, connecting potential investment partners with HVN Labs growth strategy

Represent HVN Labs at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums in your territory, building brand visibility and credibility

Conduct ongoing research into local market conditions, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements, reporting regularly to the UK team

Support the medium-term establishment of a local HVN Labs office or operational base, including identifying suppliers, logistics partners, and potential local hires

Travel to the UK periodically for product training, team meetings, and company events
Ideal Candidate

A commercially ambitious professional with a strong local network and deep knowledge of your territory's events, entertainment, or technology landscape whether built through founding your own business or through a senior career at a significant organisation

You will have had experience starting new projects and finding the relevant partners to assist in starting new franchises.

Experience in at least one of the following is highly desirable: live events, luxury event production, music festivals, stadium entertainment, technology, media, or investor relations

Comfortable being hands-on at live productions, you are as happy on-site at an event as you are in a boardroom

A true entrepreneur at heart, comfortable building a business pipeline from scratch, taking initiative, and making things happen without a large support structure around you

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills​
Requirements

Experience founding, scaling, or playing a senior commercial role in a business that achieved significant turnover is strongly preferred — no formal qualifications required

Understanding of the commercial events, luxury entertainment, or technology landscape in your territory, with an existing network you can activate from day one

Leveraging personal and private networks to expand into other sectors as well as locations.

Willingness and ability to travel to the UK periodically and to attend live drone show productions in your territory

Comfortable operating with autonomy while maintaining proactive communication with the UK headquarters

Fluency in English and the local language of your territory is essential
